intended for enforcement Directly Before, During and Directly After Our Events at Beverley Race track. (see reference **"site") while under the immediate control of the WATPA and/ or the PTPA as per prescribed by the "shire of Beverley" and only warrants to this time frame where the watpa and or the ptpa have legitimate access to this venue.
WATPA*, PTPA* and the Shire Of Beverley WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Whereas * WATPA meaning "The Western Australian Tractor Pull Association" and PTPA meaning " The Perth Tractor Pullers Association".
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: We the WATPA and the PTPA do so reserve the right to- and undertake our duty in the interest of public safety to- "Refuse Admission" before or during the event and remove from the venue any individual/s whom "may endanger" "be intoxicated"-(to an extent whereas they cause harm, endanger or menace or nuisance to others) or "cause harm to any other person or persons by way of negligence or deliberate menacing or to cause others endangerment", either before or during an event and may be removed from the venue by forceful means if proven necessary by our licensed security staff, without refund and may also result in prosecution and damages claims being pursued against them.
REFUSAL TO SERVE ALCOHOL UNLESS PROOF OF AGE CAN BE SUPPLIED WITH COMPLIANT 18 + DOCUMENTS.
Entry into our designated licensed area may be refused for reasons such as drunkenness, disorderly behaviour, unacceptable dress, false or insufficient photo identification, or being under-age.
(PRIVACY NOTE: We maintain our right to copy the provided Identity materials/proof of age solely for "proof of compliancy" for the " Liquor Control Act 1988 (as amended)).

current Australian Driver's Licence with photograph
current passport
current Western Australian Proof of age card
Refusing service of alcohol
It is a fineable offence for employers or employees of licensed premises to sell
or supply alcohol to a drunken person.

MOTOR SPORT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
- The Ticket holder is fully aware and recognises that motor sport is inherently dangerous. Entry into and remaining at the Event controlled by WATPA the PTPA and the Shire of Beverley and other premises or property not under the control of WATPA, PTPA has a degree of danger and there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, property damage or other losses; and it is a condition of entry that the Ticket holder attending the Events enter the Site/s, and use the services and facilities of the Event entirely at their own risk.WATPA, PTPA and the Shire Of Beverley WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGES - To the extent permitted by law in WESTERN AUSTRALIA, the Ticket holder attending the Events hereby exclude WATPA, PTPA and the Shire Of Beverley , the Crown in right of the State of Western Australia, and all other persons including corporations involved in the organisation, conduct, sponsorship and promotion of the Events and including the employees, officers and agents of all the aforementioned from being liable for any loss, damage or injury to person or property incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any motor accidents or any other events whatsoever including but not limited to loss, damage or injury to person or property occurring: at the EVENT/S from the use of the services and facilities at the event whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or WATPA, PTPA and the Shire Of Beverley ; and in an area not under the control of WATPA, PTPA and the Shire Of Beverley whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or WATPA, PTPA and the Shire Of Beverley .
CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY ADULTS - The Ticket holder acknowledges that all children attending the Events must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times.

By Way of Purchasing a ticket, competing in an event, as a volunteer or any member what -so-ever of the public, you are Observing "THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY" and or "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" - To our Events and Site**.
Please note these words. ("WARNING TO THE PUBLIC") They are printed on your ticket and Event Programs handed to you at the gate upon entry and as per sign posted and is written below, please read down..
You have been warned of these entry conditions and by entering our events you acknowledge and understand your obligation to observe caution at all times as you agree by way of entering our facilities that the onus for any injuries, losses or damages rests-

SEVERANCE - If anything in these Conditions of Entry or Disclaimer notice/s is non-enforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of the Conditions of Entry or Disclaimer notice/s remain in force.
GENERAL
RULES FOR SAND DRAG COMPETITORS
1.
In all cases the decision of the Tractor Pull
Committee are final.
2.
The Tractor Pull Committee unconditionally
reserves the right to accept or reject entry.
3.
No claim for injury to any person or damage
to property shall be asserted nor suit instituted or maintained against the
Perth Tractor Pull Club, Association or their Committee, Officers or Agents by
or on behalf of the entrant in the SAND DRAG Competition.
4.
Entrants in every class of the SAND DRAG
Competition assume all liability for their vehicles. All vehicles are entered at
the owners risk and the owner agrees to refrain from making claim for any loss
or damage which may occur to his vehicle at any time during the contest or while
under the direction of the Tractor Pull Committee.
5.
There shall be NO Alcohol in the pit or
contest area.
6.
Entrants shall NOT consume Alcohol either
before or during the contest.
7.
Competitors shall obey all rules displayed
throughout the venue.
8. SAFETY: Minimum requirement to compete is long pants, long sleeves, fully enclosed footwear safety helmet and the vehicle shall be in good operating condition with working brakes
