Results 4th February 2012
It rained and then rained a whole lot more on Friday until the track looked like lake Joondalup, then Saturday came along and thankfully it was drying out nicely, with a little help from the "Kubota" we removed the last of the puddles & ducks from the swamped out track and line up for a successful day of Racing!
The day went off with out a glitch, we had a new player on the field pulling the sled "Mr Pete Daly" with his Four Wheel drive Toyota Land Cruiser "mud bogger", running in two wheel drive hooked up to the mini sled for the first time (well done Pete good job!).
Great to see the number of Pee-wees and Juniors out on the track making it a family day out!
Who caught sight of the TV crew that was filming the days event ??
We had a change in the catering Dept with the Beverley Football Club taking the roll on for the first time and with such short notice We'd all like to say a BiG Thank You.
I'd like to thank all that helped on the day, track staff and all behind the scenes that do a large amount of work to make the day run smoothly.
We'll See you all on the 10th March

26 November Event Details
Well the 2nd round has come and gone, it was
good to see Russ back for the year. It will be
interesting to see what happens with
Cameron and Russell, who will win this year?
Russell started well with 2 wins over Cameron
, Wayne Riddle maybe the dark horse though with Tunnagrunt.
Brent Grumble was leading the breaker award
after destroying his diff at Northampton a couple
weeks ago, but Bradley driving Destractor has
other ideas, he also blew his diff to
smithereens. Venomous has improved this year
after Scott built a new motor for it that works
real well, only Warwick has to learn to drive it
in the mean time, then Scott ,Vance and Matt can
sort it out. Gary Rae put on his usual display
of power pulling and thrilling the crowd. It was
good to see Little Ripper make a welcome return
to the track with Trevor Pinker at the wheel, how
ever after couple of attempts on the last run
Trevor got his first full pull, well done Trevor.
Graham was there with beaut ute having fun, he
is slowly getting the bugs out of it.
Please can everyone let me know who will be
going to Bunbury in May as we need as many
tractors as we can get to make this a top show,
and really promote the club and attract more
members. We also need to help more on the day as
one or two people are trying to do to much them
selves, so if your not busy can you please find
time to help. Our next meeting will be on the
4th February. I would like to wish everyone a
Merry Christmas and a safe New Year, and see you
all in February 2012
